After my website design received 3rd place at a national competition, I knew web development was the field I wanted to pursue. Allowing me to exercise my creative mind while still using practical reasoning is the perfect match for me. While following the web development road, I have developed a vast knowledge of maintaining a web presence as well as marketing skills.
In the summer of 2017 I received an internship where I helped my company build a web application to track wildlife and vehicle collisions in Nebraska, helping to keep the roadways and wildlife safe. My ultimate goal is to find the most efficient process for any task that will produce the greatest results possible by generating new and fresh ideas. I can also make extremely technical language and details easy for business people to understand and digest. My worst habit is my overuse of the words ‘Please,’ and ‘Thank You.’ Everyone deserves to hear that they are appreciated and doing well. I love maximizing processes and achieving great results, generating ideas, a day to sit at home and build web applications for my personal use, volunteering for a good cause, of course, a great cup of coffee, and a chance to play a game of volleyball.
I currently attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney. I’m looking forward to graduating in May 2018 with a degree in multimedia and a 2nd degree of information technology with an emphasis in web development.
